Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Customer Technical Support Specialist to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth product usage, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and product performance.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and troubleshooting techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and internet technologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools or CRM systems is an advantage.

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Internship or training in IT support will be considered an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options (Day/Night/Rotational shifts).
  • 5 days working with 2 days off.
  • Availability to work weekends or holidays based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Understanding of networking basics such as Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity issues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions efficiently.
