Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Growth Lead to spearhead growth initiatives for our dynamic Startup Accelerator program. This remote role is designed for an innovative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of scaling digital channels, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and driving measurable business outcomes.
As a Digital Growth Lead, you will collaborate closely with startup founders, marketing teams, and product leaders to identify growth opportunities, execute data-driven campaigns, and accelerate market traction across multiple ventures.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies for startups within the accelerator.

Identify key acquisition channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and scalability.

Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align growth strategies.

Mentor startup teams on growth best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience
