Job Summary
Blackboard is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Remote E-Learning Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative digital learning initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in project management and a passion for educational technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, developers, educators, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end e-learning project lifecycles from initiation to delivery.

Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to develop high-quality digital learning solutions.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and e-learning best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing e-learning or digital education projects.

Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design principles.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in e-learning or EdTech.
