Job Summary
Pearson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Educational Consultant to support K–12 institutions in enhancing teaching effectiveness and student outcomes. This role focuses on delivering expert guidance on curriculum implementation, digital learning solutions, and instructional best practices. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to educators, administrators, and school districts, helping them successfully integrate Pearson’s educational programs into their learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with K–12 schools and districts to implement and optimize educational programs and solutions.
- Deliver virtual training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for teachers and school leaders.
- Provide ongoing consultation to improve instructional strategies and student performance outcomes.
- Analyze educational data and feedback to recommend tailored solutions and improvements.
- Support curriculum alignment with state and national standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Stay current with trends in education technology, pedagogy, and K–12 standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of K–12 educational systems and instructional methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in a virtual environment.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and educational technology tools.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in teaching, instructional coaching, or educational consulting.
- Prior experience with curriculum implementation or ed-tech solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse school districts or educational institutions is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
- Availability required during standard school hours across different time zones as needed.
- Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required for training or client support.
