Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a passionate and results-driven Remote Health Coach to support and deliver high-quality wellness programs aligned with corporate NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) initiatives. This role focuses on empowering individuals and corporate clients to achieve sustainable health outcomes through personalized coaching, behavior change strategies, and holistic wellness planning. As a remote professional, you will play a critical role in enhancing participant wellbeing, improving quality of life, and supporting inclusive workplace health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group health coaching sessions tailored to NDIS participants and corporate clients.

Develop customized wellness plans focusing on physical health, mental wellbeing, nutrition, and lifestyle management.

Monitor participant progress, document outcomes, and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, case managers, and HR wellness coordinators.

Educate clients on health management techniques, preventive care, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Ensure all services comply with NDIS guidelines, policies, and ethical standards.

Conduct virtual workshops, webinars, and wellness engagement activities.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and data for program evaluation and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Certification in Health Coaching, Nutrition, Psychology, Fitness Training, or a related field.

Strong understanding of NDIS framework and disability support services (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Proficiency in digital tools, telehealth platforms, and remote coaching technologies.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in health coaching, wellness consulting, or allied health services.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in NDIS-related programs is highly desirable.
