IT Sight Technologies is seeking a strategic and people-focused Remote HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing remote-first workforce. This role is critical in aligning business objectives with employees and management across global teams. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, driving HR initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs in a remote-first setup.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent globally.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across regions.
Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.
Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and driving HR initiatives.

Working Hours

Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Must be available for overlapping hours with global teams across different time zones when required.
