Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote IT Help Desk (Level 1) professional to join our Managed Services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional technical support. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for resolving basic IT issues, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and user access

Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA guidelines

Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary

Assist users with password resets, account provisioning, and basic system configurations

Provide remote desktop support and step-by-step guidance to end-users

Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support procedures

Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential issues

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of basic IT concepts, including operating systems, networking, and hardware

Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
Experience

0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role

Freshers with relevant certifications or training in IT support are encouraged to apply

Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is an added advantage
Working Hours

Full-time remote position

Rotational shifts may be required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
