Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Remote Occupational Therapist – Tele-Rehab Specialist to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual rehabilitation services to patients across diverse demographics, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will leverage digital platforms and evidence-based therapeutic practices to assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities.

Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.

Deliver tele-rehabilitation sessions using secure digital platforms.

Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress reports.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and psychologists.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and company policies.

Stay updated with the latest telehealth technologies and occupational therapy practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Valid Occupational Therapist license/certification (as per applicable jurisdiction).

Strong understanding of telehealth systems and digital therapy tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
