Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Online English Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction to K–12 students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere, supporting students’ language development, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive and engaging online English classes for K–12 students.

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Assess students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and regular feedback.

Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and proficiency levels.

Maintain a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.

Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents/guardians when required.

Utilize digital tools and platforms effectively for teaching and classroom management.

Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred).

Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in using online teaching tools and learning management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in K–12 education or online teaching.

Experience working with international students is an added advantage.

Familiarity with digital education platforms and virtual classroom tools.
Working Hours

Availability during peak learning hours (evenings/weekends) may be required.
