Job Summary
The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Remote Patient Access Representative to support patient-facing administrative operations in a part-time, work-from-home capacity. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, and communication across healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

Verify insurance details and assist patients with basic billing or coverage inquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
