Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to support infrastructure and construction projects across diverse regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget by coordinating between stakeholders, managing documentation, and tracking progress. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and has a strong understanding of construction workflows, project timelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor infrastructure and construction project activities from initiation to completion
Maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
Liaise with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract administration
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks
Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation
Organize virtual meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and infrastructure development processes
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Asana, or similar
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination within infrastructure or construction sectors
Experience working on remote or distributed project teams is highly preferred
Familiarity with international construction standards and practices is an advantage
