Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced talent acquisition team. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and coordinating top-tier technology professionals across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring workflows simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems

Source and identify qualified tech candidates through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess suitability

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data for reporting and analysis

Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development strategies

Support onboarding coordination and documentation processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

High attention to detail and organizational capability

Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new recruitment platforms
Experience

2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition

Prior exposure to hiring for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, IT specialists) is highly preferred

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage
Working Hours

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

Availability to overlap with key business hours across different time zones as required

Standard workweek: 40 hours, with occasional flexibility during peak hiring periods
