Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for cybersecurity and technology roles, including ethical hackers, SOC analysts, cloud security engineers, and DevSecOps professionals.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques, including social platforms, talent communities, and networking channels.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify top talent and hiring trends within the cyber tech ecosystem.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and AI-driven platforms to identify passive candidates.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sourcing for cybersecurity and technology roles in a global environment.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze talent market data and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• High level of adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on cyber tech or IT roles.
