Job Summary
CallLink Support is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Remote Telecaller to join our growing support team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional communication. The ideal candidate is articulate, patient, and capable of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively

Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow communication scripts and quality standards

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently

Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Prior experience in BPO or call center environments is an advantage
Working Hours

Flexible shifts (day/night shifts based on business requirements)

5 to 6 working days per week
