Job Summary
UrbanWear Retail is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and professional Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing retail team. Key Responsibilities

Handle billing, cash transactions, card payments, and issue receipts accurately.

Replenish stock, arrange displays, and ensure product availability on shelves and racks.

Assist customers with fitting room support, product inquiries, and size recommendations.

Process product exchanges, returns, and customer concerns professionally according to company policy.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to supervisors.

Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company presentation standards.

Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and special store activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional retail or fashion-related certifications are an advantage.

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time position.

8–9 hours per shift, including scheduled breaks.
