Job Summary
The Retail Sales Assistant – Onboard Duty-Free Shop Staff is responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to cruise guests aboard luxury vessels operated by AquaSail Luxury Cruises. This role involves assisting passengers with duty-free purchases, maintaining high merchandising standards, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with maritime retail regulations. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist passengers in the onboard duty-free retail shop in a professional and friendly manner

Provide product information, recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance sales performance

Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit card, and digital transactions

Maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional setups according to company standards

Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and merchandising activities

Ensure compliance with customs, duty-free regulations, and onboard retail policies

Working Hours
