As a Retail Sales Executive, you will represent one of the most trusted baby brands in the market, assisting parents and families in selecting premium products for newborns, infants, and young children. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and create a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable baby care, apparel, toys, feeding, nursery, and lifestyle products.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Explain product features, benefits, quality standards, and promotional offers to customers.
Assist customers with product comparisons and purchase decisions.
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual merchandising standards.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with inventory teams.
Handle billing support, returns, exchanges, and customer queries professionally.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across the store.
Stay updated on new product launches and brand promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Sales-oriented personality with confidence in product presentation.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Professional grooming and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, lifestyle retail, or customer service.
Experience in baby products, apparel, premium retail, or consumer goods will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays based on store operations.
Typical shift duration: 8–9 hours per day.
