Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Account Executive – Remote Territory Management to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a defined sales territory while working remotely. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory, developing and executing strategic account plans.

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals remotely.

  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

  • High level of self-motivation and accountability.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a technology or services environment.

  • Prior experience managing a defined territory or portfolio of accounts.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours aligned with the assigned territory.

  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings across time zones.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
