Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive – Remote Territory Management to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned territories, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for consultative selling in a remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts within a designated territory
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and territory reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and territory management

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position
  • Flexible working hours aligned with business needs and client availability
  • Expected availability during standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client meetings across time zones

  • Understanding of sales methodologies (consultative selling preferred)
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
