Job Summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead and expand business operations across the Western region. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and field engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities through regular onsite client visits and strategic territory planning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to customer locations to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Represent Dell Technologies at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and territory management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, technology solutions, or enterprise services.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in field sales and territory-based roles is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Flexibility required to accommodate client meetings and travel schedules.
  • Frequent onsite visits and regional travel are integral to the role.
