Job Summary
ShieldSecure Guards is seeking dedicated, professional, and highly observant individuals to join our team as Security Guards for retail stores and office premises. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in protecting people, property, and business operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional presence.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned retail or office premises regularly to identify and prevent security risks.

Control access points, verify identification, and authorize entry of employees, visitors, and contractors.

Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and security equipment for unusual activities.

Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, gates, and restricted areas.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities.

Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and security logs.

Assist employees, customers, and visitors with security-related concerns.

Enforce company safety regulations, emergency procedures, and access policies.

Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, or management when necessary.

Report hazards, equipment malfunctions, or security breaches immediately.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Valid security guard certification or license (where legally required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security services, retail security, office security, or related protective services is preferred.

Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and relevant training may also be considered.

Experience handling CCTV systems, access control systems, or emergency response procedures is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time and shift-based positions available.

Day, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts may be required.
