Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement initiatives within our AI & Health Tech portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve measurable value from advanced technology solutions that enhance healthcare delivery, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders while driving product adoption, retention, and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise healthcare clients, acting as the primary point of contact post-implementation.
  • Drive successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of AI-powered health technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing actionable feedback to product and development teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within SaaS, AI, or Health Tech industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level clients and driving retention and expansion.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, or digital health platforms is highly preferred.

Working Hours
