Job Description

Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to lead growth across the Fashion, Fitness, and Luxury categories. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key brand partners, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through Amazon’s marketplace ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor to premium and emerging brands, helping them scale their business while leveraging Amazon’s tools, insights, and global reach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Fashion, Fitness, and Luxury brand accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard high-potential brands to Amazon.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and category insights to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, category management, and tech) to improve brand success.
  • Drive promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal strategies.
  • Ensure brands are effectively utilizing Amazon tools, advertising solutions, and fulfillment services.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and business terms with partners when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Experience in working with luxury, fashion, or fitness brands is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and data reporting systems.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, fashion, luxury, or fitness industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients or high-value brand portfolios is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Standard business hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Occasional flexibility required for meetings across different time zones and peak business seasons.
