Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our growing support team. As a Technical Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting product-related concerns, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Guide customers step-by-step through problem-solving processes.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues in CRM systems.

Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Familiarity with software troubleshooting and debugging techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience
