Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or chat

Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems, ensuring timely resolution

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential issues

Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary

Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and system updates in ticketing systems

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks

Educate users on best practices for system usage and IT security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Strong understanding of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and basic Linux

Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, etc.)

Basic knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques

Working Hours
