Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Technical Writer – Remote Compliance Documentation to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and reports.

Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, concise documentation.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical and compliance-related information.

Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc., where applicable).

Maintain version control and document management systems.

Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documents to ensure ongoing compliance.

Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing and organizing required documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and regulatory information.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.

Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management systems.

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in compliance, legal, or regulated industries (such as IT, healthcare, finance, or cybersecurity).
