Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team, focusing on innovative mobile app experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric designs that enhance customer satisfaction and drive product success. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into seamless digital experiences across mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile applications, ensuring consistency and usability across iOS and Android platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and vision.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably focused on mobile applications.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
Must be available for overlapping hours with global teams when required.
