Job Summary

Creative Interface PH is seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for translating complex ideas into elegant, functional interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma and Sketch.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and user experience standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.

Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments is preferred.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.

Working Hours

Full-time position
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday
