Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant โ€“ Lead Generation and Business Development to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, managing outreach activities, maintaining databases, and assisting the sales and business development team in expanding company opportunities.

This remote position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about communication, market research, and client relationship management. The candidate should be comfortable working independently while meeting performance targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and target markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and online directories.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and outreach emails.
  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and appointments for the business development team.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation performance, sales activities, and conversion tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Coordinator, or Business Development Assistant is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and online research techniques.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Freshers with strong communication and research skills are encouraged to apply.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, lead generation, or business development will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience working in remote environments or international markets is beneficial.
