Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant or Contracts Administrator (German-Speaking) to join our growing remote operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual schedules for management teams.
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and administrative reporting.

Experience
