Job Summary
TeleLink Support is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Call Center Representative to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while adapting to customer needs
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and processes

Experience

Working Hours
