TalentBridge HR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Virtual HR Recruiter to join our remote talent acquisition team. As a Virtual HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and platforms
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and make data-driven hiring decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in remote hiring or virtual recruitment environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with multiple industry hiring practices is an added advantage

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with availability aligned to business needs
  • Standard 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday)
  • Occasional weekend availability may be required based on hiring demands
