Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at multitasking, communication, and time management while working independently. As a Virtual Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support to internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for team members
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support via email or chat
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and reports accurately
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking and expense reporting
  • Support project management tasks and follow up on deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures

Experience

  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or a related field
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is an advantage
