Job Summary
The Waiter – Cruise Dining Room Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional fine dining service in onboard restaurants and specialty dining venues. This role requires a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and guest-centric service to ensure an outstanding culinary experience for passengers. You will be part of a dynamic hospitality team working in a luxury cruise environment where service excellence is the top priority.
Key Responsibilities

Provide courteous, prompt, and professional table service in fine dining restaurants onboard

Greet and escort guests to their tables and present menus with detailed knowledge of offerings

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff efficiently

Serve meals and beverages following fine dining standards and cruise line protocols

Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Assist in daily mise-en-place preparation and restaurant closing duties

Uphold brand standards and deliver a luxury guest experience consistently

Working Hours

Rotational shifts based on cruise itinerary and operational needs

Typically 8–10 hours per shift with meal breaks
