Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations within our fast-paced distribution center. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse processes, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and associates to achieve performance targets.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as transportation, supply chain, and customer service.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.

At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Working Hours

Full-time, onsite role.

Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
