Key Responsibilities

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive audience interaction.

Track analytics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports for website traffic and social media campaigns.

Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and online advertising initiatives.

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to improve content strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of digital projects.

Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in website management, social media management, or virtual assistant roles.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar CMS systems.
