Job Summary

FLYGOOG is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Weekend Event Sales & Canopy Executive to represent our brand at promotional events, exhibitions, outdoor campaigns, retail activations, and community engagement programs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, sales engagement, and working in dynamic outdoor and event-based environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up branded canopy booths, attracting potential customers, demonstrating products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role plays a critical part in enhancing brand visibility and delivering exceptional customer experiences during weekend events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, organize, and dismantle promotional canopy booths and event displays before and after events.
  • Represent FLYGOOG professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, shopping malls, community events, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and confident manner to promote company products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain key features and benefits.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, event reports, and daily sales tracking.
  • Distribute marketing materials, brochures, promotional gifts, and product samples.
  • Ensure booth presentation, branding materials, and promotional displays meet company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve event performance targets.
  • Assist in inventory tracking of promotional materials and event equipment.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback during events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, diploma, or bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, event marketing, customer service, retail promotions, or brand activation is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in event environments.
  • Ability to lift, move, and set up event materials and canopy equipment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional local languages are a plus.

Experience

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in sales promotions, field marketing, event coordination, retail sales, or customer engagement is preferred.
  • Experience in outdoor campaigns, exhibitions, or promotional events will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Primarily weekend-based role (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Typical shifts range from 8 to 10 hours per day, depending on event schedules.
  • Additional weekday assignments may be available during special campaigns or seasonal promotions.
  • Flexibility to travel to event locations as required.

  • Physical stamina for standing for extended periods during events.
