Job Summary
Flashback Photobooth is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Weekend Photobooth Assistant to support our mall-based operations. In this role, you will be the face of the brand during weekend events, helping customers capture fun, high-quality photo experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day booth operations. Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage the photobooth during weekend mall hours

Assist customers in using the photobooth system and guide them through the photo experience

Ensure smooth functioning of equipment (basic troubleshooting and reporting technical issues)

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the photobooth area

Handle basic photo print delivery and digital sharing processes

Engage with mall visitors to encourage participation and improve customer experience

Manage queue flow and ensure efficient customer service during peak hours

Coordinate with the technical/support team for any operational issues

Maintain daily logs of usage, feedback, and operational concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer literacy (Windows/Tablet operations)

Ability to handle simple technical equipment

Willingness to work weekends and public holiday shifts

Working Hours

Weekend-based role (Saturday and Sunday primarily)

Shift timing: Approximately 4–8 hours per day depending on mall schedule and footfall
