Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and offering effective technical solutions.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues across Apple products and services.
  • Provide product setup, data migration, software updates, and device optimization support.
  • Educate customers on device features, operating systems, security settings, and best practices.
  • Perform technical assessments and determine repair or replacement requirements where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and customer support notes.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest Apple products, software updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Support store operations during peak weekend traffic while maintaining service excellence.
  • Ensure customer concerns are handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer technology, mobile devices, operating systems, and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
  • Customer service or retail support experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology and helping people.

Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in technical support, retail technology, customer service, or device troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Experience working with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and software troubleshooting is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in premium retail or electronics service environments is beneficial.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time / Weekend Shift Role
  • Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.
  • Shift timings may vary based on store operations, customer traffic, and seasonal business needs.
  • Additional holiday or special event shifts may be required.
