Job Summary

GlobalHelp Desk Inc is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving queries efficiently. As a key point of contact between the company and its customers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding the companyโ€™s service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Experience

  • Minimum 0โ€“2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shift options, including day, evening, and night shifts.
  • 5 working days per week with rotational off days.
