Job Summary
DSR Creation is seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Work-From-Home Tele-Caller to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, introducing property investment opportunities, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, have persuasive communication skills, and are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities. As a Tele-Caller, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer network and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided databases and leads.

Introduce customers to available real estate projects, investment opportunities, and promotional offers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

Schedule appointments, site visits, or virtual consultations for the sales team.

Follow up with prospective customers regularly to maintain engagement.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and lead status in CRM systems or tracking sheets.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Build rapport with customers to create trust and long-term relationships.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelorโs degree preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, or other regional languages.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in MS Office, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.

Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.

Experience

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

1โ3 years of experience in tele-calling, customer support, sales, or real estate marketing is preferred.

Prior experience in lead generation or telesales will be an added advantage.
Working Hours

Flexible work schedules available.

Full-Time: 8โ9 hours per day.

Part-Time: 4โ6 hours per day.
