Key Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries related to products or services

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies

  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary

  • Update customer records in the system and track inquiries for follow-up

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and resolution

  • Promote company products and services where appropriate

  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction




Requirements



  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice

  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions efficiently

  • Strong listening skills and patience to handle customer inquiries effectively

  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM software (preferred)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not required
