Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting in transcriptions

  • Meet daily or weekly work quotas as per assigned tasks

  • Review and edit transcriptions to ensure high levels of accuracy

  • Follow confidentiality and data privacy protocols



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

  • Ability to distinguish accents and variations in spoken language

  • Strong listening and typing skills

  • Must own a smartphone (Android or iOS) with reliable internet connectivity

  • Basic familiarity with voice recording and mobile transcription apps

  • A quiet working environment for clear audio playback



Experience



  • No prior transcription experience required

  • Freshers, college students, homemakers, and part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply

  • Experience in transcription, captioning, or audio data entry is a plus but not mandatory



Working Hours
