Key Responsibilities



  • Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms and databases.

  • Initiate outbound communication (email, LinkedIn, calls) to prospective clients.

  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies.

  • Follow up with leads to nurture interest and set up meetings or demos.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

  • Provide regular reports on lead activity and progress to management.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (students in their final year may also apply).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.

  • Comfortable conducting internet-based research to find relevant information.

  • Ability to engage professionally and persistently with prospects.




Experience



  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or customer service.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are highly encouraged to apply.




Working Hours



  • Part-time: 20–25 hours per week.

  • Flexible scheduling available (you can choose morning, afternoon, or evening shifts).

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
