Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, etc.).

Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a similar field.
- Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote work environment is highly preferred.
- Experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
