Job Summary:
MNC Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for Remote Customer Support Voice roles. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and provide information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to enhance customer experience.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Stay updated with company policies, offers, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Experience:
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO will have an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible work shifts available (Day/Night shifts).
- Full-time: 8-hour shift, 5 or 6 days a week.
- Part-time: Minimum 4-hour shifts available.
- Weekend shifts may be required based on company needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Ability to adapt to new software and communication platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
