Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Additional languages will be a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 words per minute.

Experience:

  • Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in International BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling US/UK/Australian clients is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts (Day, Night, or Rotational).
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in different time zones as per international client requirements.
  • Weekend shifts may be required.
