Job Summary:
MNC Jobs is looking for International BPO Executives to join our dynamic customer support team. As a remote BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support for international clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues in a professional manner.
- Follow call scripts, company protocols, and quality guidelines while interacting with customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance and service level targets.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to offer accurate information.
- Adhere to shift schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Additional languages will be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Customer Service Mindset: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 words per minute.
Experience:
- Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in International BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Experience in handling US/UK/Australian clients is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Flexible shifts (Day, Night, or Rotational).
- Candidates should be comfortable working in different time zones as per international client requirements.
- Weekend shifts may be required.

- Understanding of BPO industry standards and customer service protocols.
- Ability to manage stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer interactions.
