Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configurations, routers, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting software applications, cloud platforms, and mobile devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is an advantage.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Entry-level candidates with strong technical knowledge and customer service skills may be considered.
