Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing product or service information as requested by customers.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system.
  • Ensuring first call resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhering to the companys call handling procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling calls in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Meeting performance targets related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and pleasant tone.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate different software programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or voice process role is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and additional language proficiency (if required) is a plus.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or voice process role is preferred.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in customer service are also welcome to apply.
  • Previous work experience in a work-from-home or remote setup is an advantage.

Working Hours:
