Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Female Voice Process Executive to join our team for a Work from Home opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, contributing to the success of our voice process operations. As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent service and support to our customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing queries with a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound customer calls and addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handling outbound calls for customer feedback, surveys, and follow-ups.
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns with effective solutions.
- Providing product or service information as requested by customers.
- Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system.
- Ensuring first call resolution and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhering to the companys call handling procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborating with the team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handling calls in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Meeting performance targets related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and pleasant tone.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate different software programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Good listening skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service or voice process role is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and additional language proficiency (if required) is a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or voice process role is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in customer service are also welcome to apply.
- Previous work experience in a work-from-home or remote setup is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays (if required), to ensure 24/7 customer support.
