Job Summary

MNC Jobs is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting product information, pricing, descriptions, and images to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, etc.
• Enter, verify, and manage product details, including descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and specifications.
• Ensure accurate categorization of products for enhanced visibility and customer experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and inventory teams to update stock levels and promotional pricing.
• Edit and format product images to meet platform guidelines.
• Monitor and correct any errors or inconsistencies in product listings.
• Assist in processing customer orders and resolving listing-related issues.
• Maintain data integrity and follow standard operating procedures for data entry.
• Generate and maintain reports related to product listings, sales trends, and inventory updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Experience in data entry, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices for product listings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setup.
• Freshers with strong attention to detail and good typing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Part-time and remote options may be available depending on experience and project needs.
